1. This is the SCENE SAFETY SIMULATOR.  Locate the victim as quickly as possible. You must ~ensure your own safety first!  Proceed with caution, identifying any hazards.~~Click the door with the left mouse button to open. EITHER use the right mouse button to  move ~towards the "go arrow" OR use the arrow keys to move around. Use PageUp and PageDn ~buttons to look up and down. Press the Help button for more detailed help.#
2. The door is now open. Use the UP arrow key to walk forward OR right mouse button to move ~forward and enter the simulator. The left and right arrows will turn you around.#
3. Well done. You are inside the simulator but it is dark. Use the arrow keys to turn around. Near ~the door you find the light switch. Turn it on by clicking with the left mouse button.  Chock the ~door open by dragging the bin from the panel on the left and placing it on the grey mat in front ~of the open door. The bin will then block the door from closing.#
4. Excellent. Lights are on and you can now see part of the room around you. The door is ~chocked open with the bin so it can't shut accidentally. Smoke and poisonous gases can ~escape the room and you have a clear exit.~~Once the smoking bin is extinguished and the oil spot is marked with a hazard sign, you must ~find the next light switch (near the shelving). Watch out for the small fire and the sparking lamp.#
5. Good. You have turned on the light, but the door needs to be chocked open. Drag the bin from ~the panel on the left and place near the bottom of the open door (on the grey mat). You will ~need to use the Page UP and Page DOWN button to look up and down. Position yourself so ~that you can see the bottom of the open door before dragging the bin.#
6. The door needs to be chocked open to prevent it from accidentally closing. Drag the bin from ~the panel on the left and place near the bottom of the open door (on the grey mat). You will ~need to use the Page UP and Page DOWN button to look up and down. Position yourself so ~that you can see the bottom of the open door before dragging the bin.#
7. You must turn the lights on as you proceed through the simulator. Light switches are at the front ~door, on the side wall,on either side of the shelving. Please try again.#
8. Unfortuantely the door has shut as it was not chocked with the bin. As it was not safe to proceed,~you are requested to try again.~~Better luck next time?#
9. You must chock the door open to continue. Otherwise your exit might be blocked, poisonous ~gases or fumes might build up posing a hazard.~~You will need to try again.#
10. You might have noticed the smoking bin. Unfortunately the noxious fumes it was emitting~proved hazardous to your health. Best to put it out next time.~~Use the extinguisher on the left panel.#
11. Bad luck.  You missed marking the oil spot.  This unidentified hazard might pose a danger~to other rescuers, bystanders or yourself later.~~Please use the hazard icon to mark it with the hazard board next time.#
12. Bad luck.  While you had marked the oil spot as a hazard, but still managed to step in it and fall over.~Perhaps next time it would be better to go around!#
13. Good. The fire in the basket is now out. It is no longer a hazard. Once you turn on the 3rd (and ~final) light switch and turn off the sparking lamp, it will be safe to proceed.#
14. Leaving the fire burning is NOT a good idea.  You must extinguish it before you proceed any ~further. Please try again.#
15. You failed to turn on the middle light. By doing so you may miss a hazard!~Please ensure all lights are turned on as you proceed through the simulation.#
16. Mmmm. Getting too close to this fire is hazardous to your health. You know what to do.~Better luck next time!#
17. Excellent. Turning off this hazard or safely removing the power lead from the wall has disabled ~this hazard and made it safe. With the 3rd light on, it will be safe to proceed.~~Walk forward and approach the casualty#
18. You have just been zapped by this sparking lamp. You will need to disable it next time, before ~proceeding further. Please try again.#
19. Oops. You missed the remaining light switch. Careful observation is part of this activity.~Please try again!#
20. Leaving the lamp sparking is hazardous to your health, and also to bystanders and~other rescuers. It is a hazard you must disable next time!#
21. All lights are now on. With the scene properly illuminated you should be able to approach~the victim without endangering yourself.#
22. Congratulations. The scene is now safe. All hazards have been identified or inactivated.~You may now find and approach the victim in safety.#
